KERGLAZEN VRAS - GITE

The gîte is open all year around. The rental fees for 2010 per week are as follow:

 2 Jan to 22 Mai                          260 euros

 22 Mai to 26 June                      300 euros

26 June to 3 July                        350 euros

3 July to 31 July                          420 euros

31July to 28 August                   460 euros

28 August to  1 Jan 2011                        260 euros

We provide bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.

The rent goes from Saturday 16.00 PM to the following Saturday 10.00 AM. Are not included in the above prices: local tourist tax (price at the time of rental), the consumption of gas and electricity as well as the cost of central heating.

Form of rental:

the booking becomes effective upon reception of an advance payment (25 percent of the global amount for the stay) as well as one sample of the rental contract signed by the tenant. All those formalities are done by post.
